Overview
100% stainless steel, gasket-free plate heat exchanger for ammonia, CO2 and duties where copper or elastomer contamination is unacceptable.
- AlfaFusion bonding replaces gaskets: no elastomer seals and no copper or nickel in the construction
- Operating temperature range -196 C to 550 C; design pressures up to 30 bar without an external frame
- Six sizes with heat transfer areas from 0.1 to 70 m2 and channel volumes from 0.02 to 0.74 litres
- Maximum flow 4.5 to 170 m3/h across the range (AlfaNova 14 through AlfaNova 400)
- Hermetically sealed and chemically cleaned, so it suits aggressive media and natural refrigerants
