Overview
Danfoss CoolTrain is a factory-built valve train that connects the technology cooling system (TCS) loop to server racks - pre-assembled, pressure tested, cleaned, sealed and pre-filled for plug-and-play deployment with dynamic hydronic balancing.
- Connection: 1 in / DN25 with interlocking safety couplings; FD83 couplings and EHW194 Boston hose
- Flow range 8.3-83 L/min (2.2-22 GPM) at 10-100% presetting; max working pressure 10 bar (145 psi)
- Shut-off leakage ISO 5208 Class A (zero leakage); working temperature 15-65 C (59-149 F)
- Cooling capacity 55 kW, supporting racks up to 65 kW at 10 K delta-T; factory cleanliness to ISO 4406
- Integrated AB-QM pressure independent control valve (PICV) for automatic continuous hydronic balancing; optional NovoCon S digital actuator for flow/temperature telemetry into DCIM; glycol systems up to 40%
